Frequently Asked QuestionsFrequently Asked Questions:
1 Q: I don't know how to open the slide show file after I create it.
A: Perhaps you make a mistake, *.aps file is a config file that records the setting of your slide show, it is not the final slide show file. The following is how to make a slide show file:
Menu -> File -> Create slide show; or click the "Create slide show" button which on the left side of the main window.

When you click the "Create slide show" button, then click "Create" button, the program will open a dialog window to ask you the save location of the slide show(default is "Output folder"). After making .exe file, the program will popup a little window to tell you the slide show information, such as title, file size and save location. Go to that target path then you can find the .exe file. This is the final slide show file.

2 Q: Why my anti-virus software prompt warning to the created slide show file?
A: There is no trojan or virus, the newly created slide show is safe, the warning should be false alarm. Some anti-virus software uses technic like riskware detection mode to detect potential virus, this usually causes the false alarm.

3 Q: Can the screen saver support stand by or hibernation mode?
A: Yes, it should support these modes in most machines, but some other long time working applications or some anti-virus software might prohibit the system go into these modes.

4 Q: Can the screen saver support multiple monitors?
A: Yes, it should support most kinds of multiple monitors, but all dynamical effects will be displayed on the primary monitor, only a static photo on other monitors.

5 Q: It seems that some effect is very slow, why?
A: Because some effects need much operation, it depends on your computer speed. For example, "Mask" and transparent effect are slow. Besides, the transition effects on Vista or Windows7 are slower than they on Windows XP.

6 Q: Can I distribute and share the final slide show over the internet freely?
A: Yes, 100% free, no hidden costs.

7 Q: I have problem to encode or play the Avi video file, any idea?
A: Try these two ways might fix the problem: (1) use search engine to find "VFW video codec", such as XviD, X264 VFW codec, download and install it. (2) go to the software working folder, run "Xvid-setup.exe" and install it, then create your avi video file again with default settings.

8 Q: Dynamic lyric does not correspond to the music, why?
A: Because this program only can support Lrc format lyric file, but Lrc format just afford the begin time for each lyric line, it is impossible to make each word correspond to the music without beat information.

9 Q: OS version requirements of LWSS and the final slide show?
A: The software and the making slide show both can support Win2000/XP/2003/Vista/Win7/Win8, including 64bit edition. But please make sure, DirectX9c is required. Note, "gdiplus.dll" and "quartz.dll" might be missing in some Win2000 version, so you need to use search engine to find and download them, or copy them from WinXP to your Win2000 "system32" folder, then Start Menu -> Run -> regsvr32 quartz.dll
